Materials
All framework made with 3x2 and 4x2 red wood with heavy duty ship lap 20mm and heavy duty log lap 22mm
Roof joist are 3x2 and 4x2 with 18mm OSB Boards with a heavy duty rubber roof (Roof of your choice)
Insulation
50mm king span and plaster board to finish plastered ( Tongue & Groove finish )
All floors are fully concreted
PCV windows and doors to the customers design
All garden living can be installed with electricity by a qualified electrician
